She was born on Thursday, January 13, 1916 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Guy Walton Abrams and the late Effie V. Lenoir Abrams. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Daughter, Myra (Crawford) Dees; Grandchildren, Mike (Debbie) Chambers, Todd Chambers, Russell Dees, Audra (Jay) Purser; Great-Grandchildren, Cynthia Bowers, Nicole Cox, Hunter Dees, Mark Purser, Kevin Purser, Whitney Lucas, Felicia Long; Great-Great Grandchildren, Kaden & Korvyn Bowers, Gunner Cox, McKenna Dees, Emma & Ellie Purser, James Purser; Sisters, Virgil Melton, Jo Ann Sims. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Johnnie Basco Chambers, Son, Donald E. Chambers, Daughter-in-Law, Ann Chambers. Friends will be received from 10-11, Sunday, September 16, 2018 @ Mt. Carmel #2. Services will be held Sunday, September 16, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Carmel Baptist #2 Church with Rev. Lynn Roe and Rev. John Barefoot officiating. Interment will follow in Mt.
