Donald Wayne Edwards, 67, of Alabaster, Alabama passed away September 16, 2020 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster, Alabama. He grew up in Coopers and spent alot of time at Smith's Grocery & Service Station. He loved raising his chickens, listening to his music and enjoyed riding his bicycle. He was born March 7, 1953 born in Clanton, AL, the son of Arthur Edwards and Eveline Cleckler Vance. Surviving are his Brother, John Edwards, and Numerous Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father, Arthur Edwards; Mother, Eveline Cleckler Vance; Sister, Marjorie Barlow; Brother, Larry Edwards; Sister, Lois Marie Smith; Brother, Howard Edwards; Sister, Rosie Lee Turk, and Brother, Roland "Pete" Edwards. Friends will be received Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held , September 19, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Cemetery with Kelley Wendell officiating.
