Surviving are her Son, Dash (Misty) Smith of Shelby, AL; 2 Daughters, Dana Smith (Butch) (Jeff Gothard) of Shelby, AL, Christy Pate of Jemison, AL; 4 Sisters, Ann (Mike) Logan of Shelby, AL, Linda Carol Shirley, Vicky Fox, Gracie Taylor; Grandchildren, Katie Gothard, Janna & Carley Pate, Marisa Jones; Brother, Jeff Smitherman; Nieces & Nephews, Jason, Wade & Jennifer Logan, Summer Miller, Chance Shirley, Shannon Smitherman, Jay, Melodie & Lynn Stowe; Sister-in-Law, Deloris Stowe. She was preceded in death by her Husband, David Michael Smith. Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. at Mars Hill Baptist Cemetery. Martin Funeral Home directing.
