Dorenda Minor

Dorenda Minor, 81, of Clanton, Alabama passed away June 29, 2022 at Hatley Health Care in Clanton, Alabama.

She was born May 27, 1941 in Alabama, daughter of the late Madison Johnson and the late Jeanette Johnson.

She farmed for several years and was also a clerk at the food pack for many years.

Surviving are her Daughter, Loretta (Reed) Maddox; Daughter, Jennifer Easterling; Grandson, Chad (Jennifer) Maddox; Grandson, Blake (Nikki) Maddox; Grandson, Clay (Katie) Maddox; 8 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Charles Wayne (Dean) Johnson; Brother, Jimmy Johnson; Sister, Linda Faye Childress; Sister, Myrtice Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Ross Minor; Father, Madison Johnson; Mother, Jeanette Johnson; Son, Bobby Minor; Brother, Larry Johnson.

Friends will be received Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Christenson officiating.

Interment will follow in Glad Tidings Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
