Doris T. Kirkland, 90, of Clanton died Monday, December 26, 2016. She was born on Sunday, October 3, 1926 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late John Thomas and the late Era Marcus Thomas. She was a Lunchroom Worker. Surviving are Daughters, Sara K. Crim, Elouise K. Gentry, Mable K. Littleton; 2 Sisters, Grace Meank, Willie Mae Nichols; 4 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren, 7 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Kirkland, Grandson, Robert Alan Gentry; 2 Brothers & 3 Sisters. Friends will be received from 12-1, Friday, December 30, 2016 @ Victory Chapel Church. Services will be held Friday, December 30, 2016, at 1:00 P.M. at Victory Chapel Church with Rev. Randy Reid, Rev. Donnie Messer & Rev. Roland Hazel officiating.
