Doris Neda Owens, 80, of Clanton died Thursday, May 16, 2013 at her residence in Clanton. She was born on Thursday, December 29, 1932 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Daughter of the late Clifton J. Williams and the late Beulah Beatrice Williams. She was a retired Account Representative for Colonial Bank. Surviving are Daughter, Karen O. Burnett; 4 Grandsons, Greg (Lisa) Owens, Kevin (Erin) Owens, Casey (Cassie) Burnett, Clint Burnett; Granddaughter, Hannah Owens; 4 Great-Grandchildren, Zack Owens, Isiah Owens, Eli Owens, Stella Owens; Daughter-in-Law, Jan Owens (Randy) Smith, all of Clanton, AL. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Ray Owens; Son, Don Owens; Parents, Cliff & Beulah Williams; Sister, Sarah Littleton & Sister, Wilma Nell Baker. Friends will be received from 5-8, Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Sunday, May 19, 2013, at 2:00 pm. at New Cedron Baptist Church with Rev. Lyn Roe and Rev. Teddy Chadwick officiating. Interment will follow in Shiloh Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabma. Martin Funeral Home directing.
