Doris Dean Rutherford, 84, of Elmore died Sunday, May 13, 2012 at Merry Wood Nursing Home, Elmore. She was born on Tuesday, May 17, 1927 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Horace L. Rutherford and the late Zula E. Willis Rutherford. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her Sister, Evelyn Bradford of Prattville, AL; 2 Nephews, Ronald Bradford of Prattville, AL, Nick Bradford of Fredricksburg, TX; Niece, Elizabeth Bradford of Wetumpka, AL. Friends will be received from 12-1, Wednesday, May 16, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
