Dorothy Mae Barrett, 94, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away November 19, 2022, at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama.
She was born November 24, 1927 in Alabama, daughter of the late Wilbur Thornburg and the late Lettie Thornburg.
She was a Nurse who loved her patients.
Surviving are her Son, Gregory (B.J) Barrett and Four Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Wilbur Thornburg; Mother, Lettie Thornburg; Son, Charles Ray Barrett; Husband, Charles Willie Barrett; Sister, Janice Richards.
Friends will be received Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marc Hodges officiating.
Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery, Thorsby, Alabama.
