Dorothy A. Harris, 85, of Plantersville died Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at her residence. She was born on Monday, August 31, 1931 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Charlie M. Johnson and the late Annie Griffith Johnson. She was a Lunchroom Manager. Surviving are Daughter, Brenda Atchison of Pell City, AL; Sons, Larry (Karen) Jones of Plantersville, AL, John (Rachel) Jones of Plantersville, AL, Eddie Jones of Plantersville, AL; Sister, Sara J. Atchison of Plantersville, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 20 Great-grandchildren, 2 Great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Husband, Ensign "EP" Jones, Husband, Arliss Harris, Parents, Charlie M. & Annie L. Johnson, Brothers, James R. & William Earl Johnson. Friends will be received from 5-7, Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, December 16, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Plantersville Baptist Church with Rev.
