Dorothy Lucille Jones, 91, of Clanton, Alabama passed away May 5, 2021 at her residence in Clanton, Alabama. She was born December 1, 1929 in Alabama, daughter of the late Robert Edwards and the late Liza Edwards. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her Sons, Earl Jones and Charles Wiley Jones; Daughters, Betty Lou (Jimmy) Real, Patsy Jones and Mary Ann (Phillip) Mathis; Grandchildren, David Morrison, Angeal Morrison, Marie Mathis and Lisa (Henry) Lanier; Great-Grandchildren, Henry Lee Lanier, III, Jace Lanier, Chevy Dennis and Nevaeh Lanier. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Charlie Jones; Daughter, Katherine Jones; Father, Robert Edwards; Mother, Liza Edwards; Sisters, Gerthie Edwards and Mary Mitten; Brother, Johnny Edwards. Friends will be received Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
