Surviving are Husband, Robert Sullivan of Verbena, AL; Daughters, Kelly (Joe) Cox of Randolph, AL, Jackie Driver of Clanton, AL; Sons, Eddie (Reese) Shaw of Clanton, AL, Greg (Sandy) Shaw of Verbena, AL; 3 Grandchildren; Aunt, Eleanor Smith of Clanton, AL. She was preceded in death by her Grandson, Derrick Driver, Parents, Joseph & Bertha Smith and Brothers, Billy & Bobby Smith.
