Byars and the late Lillian Perryman Byars. He was a Mechanic. Surviving are his Wife, Alice B. Byars of Jemison, AL; Son, Darren Byars of Jemison, AL; Daughter, Karon Oliver of Jemison, AL; Step-Son, Jeff (Amy) Bittle of Billingsley, AL; Step-Daughters, Lori (Greg) Stover of Fairhope, AL, Liz (Wayne) Taylor of Brookside, AL; 11 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Larry (Linda) Perryman of Columbiana, AL. Mr. B's, the peanut man. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Patsy Byars. Friends will be received from 6-8, Monday, September 30, 2013 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Chapel with Bro. William Short officiating. Interment will follow in Mars Hill Baptist Cemetery, Jemison.
