He was born on Saturday, September 4, 1943 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late George Magnus Taylor and the late Pearl Thomas. He was a Carpenter. Surviving are his Son, Mr. Jamie (Jennifer) Taylor of Clanton, AL; Brother, Mr. George Frank Taylor of Jemison, AL; Sister-in-Law, Mrs. Polly Smitherman of Clanton, AL; Great-Nephew, Mr. Joseph Scarbrough of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Jeannette Taylor; Sister, Angie Taylor. Friends will be received from 10-11, Friday, April 10, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, April 10, 2009, at 11:00 AM at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. W. T. Cleckler officiating. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, AL.
