Doyle Lawrence Pud Moore

Doyle Lawrence "Pud" Moore, 83, of Verbena passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Hatley Health Care in Clanton, AL. He was born on June 14, 1936 to the late Clemon and Zora Moore. Known by all who knew and loved him as Pud, he owned and operated Kountry Car Care in Clanton for over 25 years. Mr. Moore is survived by his wife of 64 years, Lucille Moore, daughter Sandra (Rickey) Bice; Sons Greg (Gail) Moore and Keith (Kim) Moore all of Verbena; Grandsons Ashley (Kellie) Bice, Spencer (Hannah) Moore, and Kipp Moore, all of Verbena and granddaughter Kala (Chad) Langston of Clanton; great-grandchildren Conner Bice, Emma Bice, Sophie Bice, Madi Moore, Kylee Langston, and soon-to-be-born Case Langston; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and an uncle Zeb Moore of Ramer, AL. Visitation will be Thursday, June 27, 2019, 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church in Verbena, AL. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 28, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Chestnut Creek Cemetery. Preceding Mr. Moore in death are his parents, Clemon and Zora Moore and brother, Bobby Moore.
