Durward Riley Adams

Durward Riley Adams, 78, of Clanton, Alabama passed away December 12, 2023, at his residence.

He was born March 17, 1945, in Alabama, son of the late Riley Adams and the late Victoria Adams.

He was a Supervisor at the Cotton Mill.

Surviving are his Wife, Joann Adams, Daughter, Vickie (Terry) Hicks, Daughter, Lou Ann (Billy) Hicks, Daughter, Sue Ann Traywick, Daughter, Tina (Kevin) Vickers, Son, Derrick (Mandi) Adams, Multiple Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Riley Adams, Mother, Victoria Adams, Brother, Melvin Adams, Brother, Luther Adams, Brother, Erskin Adams, Brother, Edgar Adams, Brother, Curtis Adams, Sister, Lorene Kelley.

Friends will be received Thursday, December 14, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Way of the Cross Ministry.

Services will be held Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Way of the Cross Ministry with Rev. Terry Hicks and Rev. Barney Mims officiating.

Interment will follow in The Grove, Clanton, Alabama.

Pallbearers will be Cole Vickers, Keith Adams, Jeremy Hicks, Joe Barrett, Jacob Johnson, and Austin Dansby.
