E. Connie Pate Franklin, 97, of Clanton died Monday, April 14, 2014. She was born on Wednesday, November 29, 1916 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Samuel M. Pate and the late Virgie Mims Pate. She was a Secretary. Surviving are her Nephews, Mr. George W. (Audrey) Pate of Childersburg, AL, Mr. Connie Mac (Mary) Pate of Memphis, TN, Mr. Time (Pat) Pate of Birmingham, AL, Mr. Mark (Rhonda) Pate of Dothan, AL; Sister-in-Law, Mrs. Billie Pate of Thorsby, AL. Friends will be received from 1-2, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Chapel with officiating.
