Rev. Ehrman Eugene HAND, 81, of Jemison died Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at Chilton Medical Center, Clanton. He was born on Saturday, January 29, 1927 in Wadsworth, Alabama, Son of the late Rev. Elbert Clifton Hand and the late Mary Magdelene White. Rev. Hand was a retired minister in the Chilton and Shelby County area. Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Alma P. Hand of Jemison, AL; 2 Sons, Mr. Larry Eugene (Gail) Hand of Meridian, MS, Mr. Ronnie Neal (Debbie) Hand of Prattville, AL; 2 , 5 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Mr. Addison Hand of Forestdale, AL. He was preceded in death by; Rev. E.C. Hand, Father; Mrs. Mary M. Hand, Mother; Mrs. Olene Hand, Step-mother. Friends will be received from 5-8, Friday, August 15, 2008 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, August 16, 2008, at 2:00 pm. at Jemison First Baptist Church with Rev. J.W. Shaw officiating. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, AL.
