She was born on Wednesday, March 14, 1928 in Illinois, Daughter of the late Charles Bradley and the late Naomi Decker Bradley. She was a Hairdresser. Surviving are her 2 Daughters, Sherri E. (Glenn) Smith, Dawn Prescott; 2 Sons, Douglas (Dorothy) Richards, Rex Richards; Sister, Velva Carroll. She was preceded in death by her Parents and Five sisters.
