She was born on Wednesday, June 16, 1926 in Caryville, FL, Daughter of the late Evans S. Chasteen and the late Martha Jones. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her Husband, Harold "Hal" Hayslett of Clanton, AL; Son, Mark Hayslett of Clanton, AL; Sister, Ruth Marcus of Pleasant Grove, AL. Friends will be received from 12-1, Saturday, January 31, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday, January 31, 2009, at 1:00 PM. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Methodist Cemetery, Clanton, AL.
