Surviving are Wife, Ester Janice Powell of Clanton, AL; Son, Turley "Danny" Powell of Prattville, AL; Daughters, Sylvia (Chris) Moore of Clanton, AL, Sandy (Lynn) Smith of Clanton, AL; Grandchildren, Turley "Daniel" Powell of Clanton, AL, Daron Powell of Prattville, AL, Stephen Moore of Clanton, AL, Stephanie Moore of Clanton, AL, Andrew (Crissy) Smith of Clanton, AL, Ty (Whitney) Smith of Columbus, GA, Kayla (Wes) Blair of Thorsby, AL; Brother, Monroe Powell of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Father, Thomas M. Powell; Mother, Bertie Powell; Brother, Tommy Powell ;Sister, Lorene Coburn and Great-Grandson, Gunner Lynn Smith.
