She was born August 5, 1928 in Billingsley, Alabama, daughter of Henry Strickland and Ophelia DeRamus Strickland. She was a Bookeeper with Western Auto in Clanton, AL, Moncrief Furniture Store in Prattville, AL, Stewart, King, and McKenzie, and ALLock in Selma, AL . Surviving are her Son, Jerry (Gena) Beadlescomb, Daughter, Beverly (Andrew) Frith, Grandson, Michael Adam (Samantha) Beadlescomb, Granddaughter, Patricia Michelle (Chris) Prevatt, Brother, Pete (Tommi) Strickland, Sister, Dot Graves, Sister, Leta Broadhead, Sister, Sandra Little. Numerous Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Father, Henry Strickland, and Mother, Ophelia Strickland. Services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. from the Indian Grave Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Lynn Roe and Rev. Eric Martin officiating.
