Eric "Steve" Burnette, 56, of Alabaster died Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Chandler Health & Rehab, Alabaster. He was born on Saturday, October 1, 1960 in Alabama, Son of the late Lloyd C. Burnette and the late Victoria Williams Burnette. He was a Foreman. Surviving are his Sisters, Shebia Edwards of Clanton, AL, Linda Porter (Tommy) of Jemison, AL, Dianne Robinson (Jerry) of Thorsby, AL; Brother, James Burnette (Louise) of Clanton, AL; Numerous nieces & nephews. Friends will be received from 1-2 p.m., Thursday, December 15, 2016 at New Salem Baptist Church. Services will be held Thursday, December 15, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at New Salem Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Jones officiating. Interment will follow in New Salem Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing. You may leave online condolences for the family on the guest registry at www.martinfuneralhomeinc.com.
