Ernest George CARLSON, 80, of Clanton died Sunday, March 15, 2009 at his residence. He was born on Monday, August 6, 1928 in Wisconsin, Son of the late Carl George Carlson and the late Charlotte Bertina Baalrud Carlson. He was an Electrical Engineer. Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Mary K. Carlson of Clanton, AL; 2 Daughters, Mrs. Georgena C. Card of Murphy, NC, Mrs. Paula C. Stone of Boise, ID; 2 Sons, Mr. Alan Carlson of Edgewood, NM, Mr. Lee Carlson of New Orleans, LA; 6 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Mrs. Betty Bateson of Payson, AZ. No Visitation. Services will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at 12:00 PM. at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Lawrence officiating. Martin Funeral Home directing.
