He was born on Sunday, April 9, 1922 in Cherokee Co., AL, Son of the late James Wiley Barnett and the late Willie Mae Bachlor Barnett. He was a Preservation Packager. Surviving are his Nephew, James (Carolyn) Barnett of Jemison, AL; 4 Great Nephews, Robin (Gwen) Barnett of Prattville, AL, Clyde (Candance) Barnett of Jemison, AL, Jeremy (Brandy) Barnett of Clanton, AL, Dennis Barnett of Jemison, AL. Friends will be received from 11-1, Saturday, July 10, 2010 @ Belchers Gap Meth. Prot. Church. Services will be held Saturday, July 10, 2010, at 1:00 P.M.. at Belchers Gap Meth. Prot. Church with Rev. Dion Black and Rev. Jimmy officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Cem., Crossville, AL. Martin Funeral Home directing. www.martinfuneralhomeinc.com
