Surviving are her 3 Daughters, Diane (Van) Forrester of Clanton, AL, Sandy Novak of Birmingham, AL, Cheryl Henderson of Clanton, AL; Son, Jeffrey L. Hayes of Maplesville, AL; 2 Brothers, Bert Chandler of Maplesville, AL, Barney Chandler of Maplesville, AL; 5 Grandchildren, Jessica Messer, April (Brian) Groeschell, Tara (Justin) Helfinstine, Casey Forrester, Kathryn Novak. She was preceded in death by her Sister, Maggie Anderson, Sister, Eva Burnett, Sister, Lucille Weathers, Sister, Nettie B. Broadhead and Husband, Jessie Leonard Hayes. Friends will be received from 12-1, Monday, April 16, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Monday, April 16, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
