Euna Cordle MADDOX, 92, of Clanton died Wednesday, September 3, 2008. She was born on Saturday, April 8, 1916 in Coffee Co., Alabama, Daughter of the late William Cordle and the late Evie Hudson Cordle. She was a Food Service Manager. Surviving are her 2 Daughters, Mrs. Peggy (Chris) Burnette of Gadsden, AL, Mrs. Cathy (Terry) Carroll of Clanton, AL; 3 Granddaughters, Ms. Hannah Burnett of Montgomery, AL, Mrs. Celeste (Michael) Wolfe of Calera, AL, Mrs. Rachel (Kyle) Woodham of Swansea, SC; 2 Grandsons, Mr. Joshua Burnette of Rome, GA, Mr. Chad Carroll of Hampton, VA; 2 Brothers, Mr. Edmond (Willie) Cordle of New Brockton, AL, Mr. Gene (Shirley) Cordle of Anchorage, AK; Sister, Mrs. Lois Cleckler of Clanton, AL; 2 Sister-in-Law, Mrs. Charlie Mae Cordle of Montgomery, AL, Mrs. Annette Cordle of Troy, AL; A number of Nieces, Nephews and Friends. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Troy Carlos Maddox. A special thanks to Southern Care Hospice and Sue Cox, caregiver. Friends will be received from 5-8, Wednesday, September 3, 2008 @ Liberty Hill Baptist Church. Services will be held Thursday, September 4, 2008, at 11:00 am. at Liberty Hill Baptist Church . Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cem., Clanton, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
