Evie Irene Varden PATE, 95, of Atlanta died Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 1015 Wadesworth Dr. N.W., Atlanta. She was born on Saturday, December 28, 1912 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Emmit Varden and the late Fabie Malisie Atchley Varden. She was a School Teacher. Surviving are her 2 Sons, James L. Pate of Atlanta, GA, Thomas Gerald Pate of Atlanta, GA; Daughter, Velera Nell Pate of Atlanta, GA; 3 Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 10-11, Saturday, November 22, 2008. Graveside services will be November 22, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Pine Hill Cemetery, Jemison, AL.
