She was born on Thursday, July 27, 1939 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Pink Hayes and the late Carrie Bolton Hayes. She was a Business Owner. Surviving are her Husband, Mr. John W. Burnette; Son, Mr. Darryl (Lesley) Burnette; Daughters, Mrs. Melody (Mike) Jones, Mrs. Jennifer (Tripp) Farrell; Grandsons, Mr. Hayes Farrell, Mr. Luke Farrell, Mr. Bailey Jones, Mr. Wen Burnette; Granddaughter, Miss Kate Burnette; Brothers, Mr. Danny Hayes, Rev. Buddy Hayes. Friends will be received from 12:30-2:00, Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Pates Chapel Baptist Church. Services will be held Saturday, August 31, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Pates Chapel Baptist with Rev. Gary Jones and Rev. Randal Mims officiating. Interment will follow in Pates Chapel Baptist Cem., Jemison, AL. Family requests no flowers.
