Faye Harper

Faye HARPER, 60, of Clanton died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at her residence. She was born on Wednesday, December 29, 1948 in Jemison, AL, Daughter of the late Oliver Murray Harper and the late Selma May Browning Harper. She was a beloved Minister and School Teacher for over 40 years. Surviving are her Sister, Bettie Herron of Birmingham, AL; 2 Brothers, Richard (Betty Joyce) Harper of Calera, AL, John (Debbie) Harper of Gulf Shores, AL; 2 Nephews, Mark (Robin) Hayden of Orange Beach, AL, Jarrod Harper of Gulf Shores, AL; Sharis Harper of Calera, AL; 2 Nieces, Jody Varden of Foley, AL, Julie Parker of Foley, AL; 7 Great Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Murray & Selma Harper and Colleague, Patricia McKinley. Friends will be received from 5-7, Wednesday, July 15, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Thursday, July 16, 2009, at 10:00 AM. at Living Waters Christian Church with Minister Deb Wheatley officiating. Interment will follow in Thorsby Memory Gardens, Thorsby, AL 35171. Martin Funeral Home directing.
