Floyd R.C. Lovett, 82, of Jemison died Monday, November 10, 2014 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Thursday, July 21, 1932 in Alabama, Son of the late Henry Lovett and the late Georgia Hicks Lovett. He was a Logger. Surviving are his Brother, Jack Lovett of Jemison, AL; Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Friends will be received from 1-2, Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Mars Hill Baptist Church. Services will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Mars Hill Baptist Church with Rev. William Short officiating. Interment will follow in Mars Hill Baptist Cemetery, Jemison.
