France Pauline Blackmon, 85, of Thorsby, Alabama passed away November 26, 2022 in Thorsby, AL.

She was born October 10, 1937 in Clanton, Alabama, daughter of Sie Watley and Delene Blackmon.

She was a Homemaker. She was a dedicated member of 63 years and Sunday School teacher at Thorsby First Baptist Church.

Surviving are her Daughter, Teresa (David Sims) Watley, Grandson, Adam (Haley) Watley, Sister, Louise Cleckler, Great-Grandson, Graham Watley, Great-Granddaughter, Phoebe Watley, a host of special Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Sie Watley, Mother, Delene Watley Blackmon, Husband, James E. Blackmon, Sister, Irene Evans, Sister, Pat Holsomback, Brother, James Earl Watley, Son-in-Law, Gordon Watley.

Friends will be received Monday, November 28, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Thorsby First Baptist Church.

Services will be held Monday, November 28, 2022, at 11:00 am. at Thorsby First Baptist Church with Rev. Marc Hodges officiating.

Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery, Thorsby, Alabama.

Flowers will be accepted or donations to Thorsby First Baptist Church Children's Ministry/Vacation Bible School.
