Frances Susan Mizzell Moatts, 79, of Clanton died Thursday, February 16, 2017. She was born on Tuesday, August 31, 1937 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Ray Mizzell and the late Margie Price Mizzell. She was a Nurse. Surviving are Son, Micheal Moatts of Jemison, AL; Sister, Theresa Terrell of Clanton, AL; Brother, A.J. Cleckler of Sylacauga, AL. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Ray Moatts. Friends will be received from 5-7, Saturday, February 18, 2017 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Sunday, February 19, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Clanton with Rev. Matt DeBord officiating. Interment will follow in Clanton City Cemetery, Clanton, AL.
