Frances Lucille Moore

Frances Lucille Moore, 86, of Verbena passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026 at Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL.

She was born on January 24, 1940 to the late Robert Earl Edwards and Arleda Patrick Edwards.

Mrs. Moore is survived by daughter, Sandra Bice; sons, Greg (Gail) Moore and Keith (Kim) Moore; grandsons Ashley (Kellie) Bice, Spencer (Hannah) Moore, and Kipp (Madi) Moore; granddaughter Kala (Chad) Langston; great-grandchildren Conner (Jasmine) Bice, Emma Bice, Sophie Bice, Madison Moore, Evy (Sister) Moore, Boone Moore, Kylee Langston, Case Langston, Cooper Langston, and Rafe Moore; sisters, Shirley Byrd and Betty McCary; and a host of nieces & nephews.

Preceding Mrs. Moore in death are her parents Earl and Arleda Edwards; husband, Lawrence “Pud” Moore; sister, Hazel Strength; son-in-law, Rickey Bice, brothers-in-law Don Byrd and Curtis McCary.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 19, 2026, 11:30 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church in Verbena, AL. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M.
