He was a Card Fixer. Surviving are Wife, Emma L. Staggs of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Frankie Cline of Cullman, AL; Sons, James F. "Butch" (Mary L. Staggs of Clanton, AL, Herman E. (Jackie) Staggs of Clanton, AL; Sisters, Edna Davenport of Clanton, AL, Shirley McCartney of Clanton, AL; 6 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Clerance & Victoria Staggs, Daughter, Geraldine Staggs, 2 Brothers, 1 Sister, 1st Wife, Mary Jo Staggs.
