Fred Dennis, Jr., 87, of Verbena died Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Cedar Ridge VA Home, Clanton. He was born on Saturday, February 28, 1931 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late J. Fred Dennis and the late Sara Bell Connell Dennis. He was a Body Mechanic. Surviving are Son, Danny (Cindy Eiland) Dennis of Verbena, AL; Daughter, Debra Dennis (Andy) Smith of Verbena, AL; Grandson, Cameron Charles Mefford of Verbena, AL; Sister-in-Law, Addie Dennis of Bessemer, AL. He was preceded in death by his Parents, J. Fred & Sara Connell Dennis, Numerous Brothers & Sisters. Friends will be received from 12-1, Tuesday, February 26, 2019 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Jack Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Creek Bapt. Cem.
