He was born on Friday, January 12, 1940 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Leonard Sylvester Sparks and the late Jewel Little Sparks. He was in Retail Sales. Surviving are 2 Brothers, Chester (Lois) Sparks of Clanton, AL, Wayne Sparks of Clanton, AL; A host of other family.
