Geneva W. MOATTS, 81, of Birmingham died Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at her residence. She was born on Tuesday, December 27, 1927 in Tennessee, Daughter of the late Joseph Williams and the late Laura Pearl Avery Williams. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Husband, Mr. Herbert Hoover Moatts of Birmingham, AL; Son, Mr. Herbert A. Moatts of Birmingham, AL; Daughter, Mrs. Cathy (Charles) Broadway of Birmingham, AL; 3 Sisters, Mrs. Hassie Lockeby, Mrs. Marie Kee, Mrs. Shelia Hollingsworth. . Services will be held Friday, November 20, 2009, at 11:00am. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matt DeBord officiating. Friends will be recieved one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Clanton City Cemetery, Clanton, AL. Martin Funeral Home directing. www.martinfuneralhomeinc.com
