He was born on Monday, February 24, 1919 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Charlie Columbus Gray and the late Lilly Bell Pierce Gray. He was a Mechanic. Surviving are his Wife, Louise Wilson Gray of Selma, AL; 2 Daughters, Mary E. Gray of Selma, AL, Dorothy Louise Faridi of Suwanee, GA; Son, George W. Gray, Jr. of Valley Grand, AL; 5 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 6-8, Saturday, July 18, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held Sunday, July 19, 2009, at 2:00 PM. at Bethsalem Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Martin officiating. Martin Funeral Home directing.
