George C. Robinson

George C. Robinson, 81, of Clanton, Alabama passed away December 27, 2020 in Birmingham, Alabama. He was born August 31, 1939 in Chilton County, son of Calvin Robinson and Bertie Lou Robinson. He was a forestry technician and a veteran. Surviving are his son, Wesley Craig Robinson; grandson, Heath Chadwick Adams; granddaughter, Rhiannon Mims; great-grandchildren, Liam, Ryan and Vincent Rizzo; brothers, Jon (Kathy) Robinson, Olin (Linda) Robinson, Cary (Linda) Robinson; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Calvin Lamar Robinson; mother, Bertie Lou Robinson; wife, Wanda Robinson; daughter, Cynthia Marie Mims; sisters, Gloria Parrish and Sandra Little. Friends will be received Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Providence Baptist II Cemetery. A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Providence Baptist II Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama with Rev. Evie Megginson officiating. Interment to follow.
