George "Mack" W. Traywick, 71, of Clanton died Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Saturday, January 25, 1941 in Shelby Co., AL, Son of the late Harvey David Traywick and the late Mary Mildred Wammack Traywick. He was a Superintendent. Surviving are his Wife, June Traywick of Clanton, AL; 2 Sons, Quniton D. (Donna) Traywick of Clanton, AL, Billy Mack (Debbie) Traywick of Clanton, AL; 3 Granddaughters, Jeanna (Chris) Mims of Clanton, AL, Latishia Traywick of Clanton, AL, Mandy (Chad) Lanier of Clanton, AL; Grandson, Corey Traywick of Clanton, AL; 9 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Mildred & Harvey Traywick. Friends will be received from 1:30-3, Thursday, April 26, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Thursday, April 26, 2012, at 3:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Don Traywick and Rev. Jim Shannon officiating.
