George Melvin Vest, 82, of Verbena died Monday, April 9, 2018. He was born on Tuesday, August 20, 1935 in Virginia, Son of the late Merle C. Vest and the late Louise Higgins Vest. He was retired from the Air Force. Surviving are Wife, Deborah J. Vest of Verbena, AL; Daughter, Connie Huggins of Ramer, AL; Sons, Dean Vest of Prattville, AL, Roy Vest of Mobile, AL; Numerous Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Merle & Louise Vest. Friends will be received from 11:30-12:30, Wednesday, April 11, 2018 @ Martin Funeral Home.
