Gernie Ellis Cleckler, 71, of Selma, Alabama passed away December 27, 2024, at his Residence in Selma, Alabama.
He was born November 26, 1953, in Alabama, son of the late Arthur Clecker and the late Lera Cleckler.
He was a Finishing Carpenter.
Surviving are his Wife, Patricia Cleckler; Brother, Harold (Judy) Cleckler; Sister, Janice (Wayne) Hilyer; and a host of other family; Best Friend, James Leon Towns.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Arthur Clecker; Mother, Lera Cleckler; Brothers, Elvin Cleckler, Melvin D. Cleckler and Calvin D. Cleckler.
Friends will be received Monday, December 30, 2024, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home.
Services will be held Monday, December 30, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at The Grove Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Seay officiating.
Interment will follow in The Grove, Clanton, Alabama.
