Gilbert Monroe Fox, 75, of Clanton, Alabama passed away January 28, 2026, at his residence.
He was born June 6, 1950, in Alabama, son of Tommy Fox and Mary Fox.
He was a Forester with International Paper Company. He proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam War era.
Surviving are his Wife, Jane Fox; Daughters, Heather (William Shane) Fox-Childress, Amy Fox Smith (Onye Pamasa); Grandsons, Maverick Barnett, Hayden C. Smith, Jasper Monroe Fox; Granddaughters, Farrah Jones, Harper Fox Childress; Sisters, Anna McCraw, Geraldine Jones; Brother, Paul Wayne Fox.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Tommy O. Fox; Mother, Mary Fox, Sister; Estelle Hines; Brother, Tommie Joe Fox.
Friends will be received Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Mulberry Baptist Church.
Services will be held , January 31, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Mulberry Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Mims officiating.
