Arthur and the late Jean Billingsley Arthur. He was in the State of Florida Legislature. Surviving are his Brother, Von Arthur, Jr.; Sister, Cris Dorough (William); Nephews, Von Arthur, III, Jesse Arthur, Caleb Dorough (Breana); Niece, Rachel Watts (David); Great-Nephews, Leo Arthur, Brooks Watts; Great-Nieces, Ainsley Watts, Jaida Dorough, Aubrey Dorough; Friend, Stephanie Martin.
