Glenda Gail Madsen, 74, of Maplesville, Alabama passed away April 14, 2023, at her residence.
She was born May 12, 1948, in Selma, Alabama, daughter of the late Howsin Smitherman and the late Sarah Smitherman.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Glenda also had a passion for all things equestrian.
Surviving are her Daughter, Gayla Higginbotham; Son, Harold Glen Madsen, Jr.; Brother, Thomas A. Smitherman; Sister, Pandora S. Riggen; Grandsons, Franklin F. Madsen, James T. Madsen, Granddaughters, Stephanie G. Madsen, Candis E. Pate; Great-Granddaughters, Khole E. Madsen, Lucy J. Madsen, Alyssa K. Pate, Adalyn E. Pate, Avery J. Pate; Great-Grandsons, Major Drain, Lucky Brown, Levi H. Madsen, Lawson Madsen.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Howsion & Sarah Smitherman; Husband, Harold Glen Madsen, Sr.
