He was born on Monday, September 22, 1924 in Indiana, Son of the late Harold Homer McNeff, Sr. and the late Evelyn Wilkes McNeff. He was an Engineer with the City of Birmingham. Surviving are Wife, Libby McNeff of Jemison, AL; , 7 Children, 8 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Granddaughter. Friends will be received from 5-8, Tuesday, September 6, 2011 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at 1:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Jemison, AL with Rev. J. Aaron Ellison officiating.
