He was born on Wednesday, May 17, 1944 in Autauga Co., AL, Son of the late Harvey Cleckler, Sr. and the late Lena Mae Headley Cleckler. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator. Surviving are Wife, Brenda Cleckler of Verbena, AL; 3 Daughters, Kelli (Joe) Waller of Verbena, AL, Donna (Brian) Colin of Verbena, AL, Katie (Jerrod) Giles of Clanton, AL; 2 Sons, Ray (Sherri Stoudenmire) Cleckler of Stanton, AL, Steve (Rachel) Cleckler of Deatsville, AL; 5 Grandchildren; Brother, Douglas Oneal Cleckley of Verbena, AL; Sister, Linda Gail Walker of Verbena, AL. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Lett & a brother, Virgil Cleckler. Friends will be received from 5-8, Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Sunday, January 22, 2012, at 1:00 pm. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Wendell Kelly officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery.
