Harvey Donald SCHULTZ, 81, of Clanton died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at his residence in Clanton. He was born on Saturday, March 23, 1929 in Wisconsin, Son of the late Harvey Carston Schultz and the late Julia Miller Schultz. He was retired from the U. S. Army after 20 years of service and was also retired from the Civil Service in the Department of Defense after 30 years of service. Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Barbara J. Schultz of Clanton, AL; Son, Mr. Terry Schultz of Norcross, GA; Daughter, Mrs. Pam (John) Whitehead of Watkinsville, GA; 2 Sisters, Mrs. June Stanford of Ricine, WI, Mrs. Margie Griggs of Camas , WA; 7 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 5-7, Monday, May 31, 2010 at Martin Chapel.. Services will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at 11:00 am. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Matt DeBord, Rev. Billy Boatwright and Rev. John Whitehead officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
