Hazel Cox Leonard, 89, of Clanton died Sunday, August 16, 2015 at Hatley Health Care. She was born on Tuesday, August 25, 1925 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Jim Cox and the late Grace Scroggins Cox. She was a Sales Clerk. Surviving are her Sons, Randy C. (Dale) Leonard, Richard D. (Cindy) Leonard, Michael (Heather) Leonard, Carl James "Jim" Leonard; 14 Grandchildren, Numerous Great-Grandchildren & Great-Great- Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, George Lester Leonard; Daughter, Cheri DeRamus; Son, George Lester Leonard, Jr. Friends will be received from 10-10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Martin Memorial Cemetery. Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 22, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at Martin Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Charles Brooks officiating. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Southern Care Hospice, Curo Foundation, 201 Medical Center Drive, Clanton, AL 35045. Martin Funeral Home directing.
