Hazel Marie MIMS, 83, of Clanton died Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Golden Living Center, Jemison. She was born on Sunday, October 4, 1925 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Willie L. Pierce and the late Violet Delene Collins Pierce. She was a Seamstress. Surviving are her 3 Sons, Tommie (Jackie) Mims, Jr. of Alabaster, AL, Ronald L. Mims of Clanton, AL, Jimmie W. Mims of Picayune, MS; Sister, Mary Faye Pierce Woods of Grady, AL; 6 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Tommie Mims and Son, Donald Ray Mims;. Friends will be received from 11:30-1:00, Monday, July 20, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday, July 20, 2009, at 1:00 PM. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nelson White officiating. Interment will follow in Temple Assembly of God Cemetery, Clanton, AL 350454. Martin Funeral Home directing.
